Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your consultation appointment, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. E-mail is not an accepted means of cancellation. My phone number is +1-360-226-7073. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if you are a "no show", are charged the 2 hour emergency rate of $350.

You may apply these two hours of time toward a future scheduled appointment at the standard rate in the canceled appointment's calendar month. You may not apply the two hours towards emergency service, nor may you have more than two hours of accrued time. All accrued time expires at the end of the cancellation month.
